I got this as part of the Divide & Conquer system. It’s great to have a piping hot plate with the option for indirect cooking.

I got this system from day one and don’t regret it one bit. It offers incredible versatility with your cooking. I used it to reverse sear a tomahawk steak, and it was the best piece of meat I’ve ever had. I also added the cast iron half-moon grill, which perfects the setup.

Got mine in black... It's huge, and super heavy! A photo does not do it justice! Even though the grilling area is about the same as a 58cm Weber, with this bad boy you can also get the divide and conquer system that gives you double the surface area. Don't even think about it, just get it!
