WARRANTY ON CERAMIC PARTS

The ceramic external dome, internal firebox, fire ring, and all other ceramic parts and accessories come with a solid 20-year warranty for the original buyer from any authorized MOCA Kamado Dealer.

WARRANTY ON METAL PARTS

Our metal components, including stainless steel and cast iron parts of the cooking grill including the top vent, base, hinge system, charcoal grate, cooking grid, and draft door, are covered for a year from the date of purchase by the original consumer.

While we've built our grills with rust-resistant materials, it's important to note that this warranty doesn't extend to cover rust, oxidation, fading, or other cosmetic blemishes unless they significantly compromise the structural integrity of the MOCA Kamado grill, as determined by us.

WARRANTY ON OTHER PARTS

Certain other parts are also under warranty for one year, including the lid-mounted temperature gauge, bamboo parts, and any optional accessories purchased directly from MOCA Kamado.

EXCLUSIONS & RESTRICTIONS

This warranty is non-transferable. If any covered product is found defective during the warranty period, we'll either repair it to its original condition or replace it with a comparable new product or part, at our discretion.

When submitting a claim, please provide photographic or video evidence to help us assess the damage. It's important to note that minor cosmetic issues like scratches, cracks, chips, or dents on the exterior glaze, which don't affect performance, aren't covered under warranty.

We won't cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, negligence, extreme environmental conditions, accidents, acts of nature, unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification.

Also, pouring any liquid, including starter lighter fluid, on or in the ceramic kamado will void the warranty, as it can compromise the protective coating beyond our control.

This warranty is applicable for normal residential use and maintenance only. We won't be held liable for delays or defaults caused by events beyond our control, such as acts of nature, government restrictions, reduced supply of materials, or accidents during local transportation.

Damage resulting from the use of incorrect fuel or firelighters won't be covered under warranty. We strongly recommend using only 100% natural, restaurant-grade lump charcoal and odorless, natural firelighters.
